Small cheese bites are fashioned from Le Petit Prince. They are then put in jar and covered with grape seed oil ( high quality oil, very mildly perfumed, that does not congeal in the refrigerator).

The flavors of the Bouchée d’Amour are: chives, herbes de province, garlic and parsley and plain. You can add the Bouchées d’Amour to your salads, serve them on bread crusts or slices, heated with the overhead broiler. You can also use them to garnish your pizzas and focaccias. The leftover oil will make an excellent well flavored vinaigrette.
