Fresh soft non-ripened cheese. Soft and supple, it is at once refreshing and savorous. To be served as appetizer, on bread or toast with a favorite companion: smoked salmon.

Note that, Le Petit Prince is ideal for the classic “Chèvre Chaud”. The Petit Prince is available plain or in these flavors: chives, garlic and parsley, herbes de provence, onions and mixed peppercorns.
