Fresh cheddar cheese, made from pasteurized
milk. It is a mild cheese, slightly moist, very soft centered. With
its very mild flavor, it is a good introduction for the un-initiated.
The Samuel et Jérémi is also
offered to our clientele in curd style, as it is one of the stages
of the cheddar making process. It is sold plain or flavored with
garlic and parsley.
