Dried cheese slightly ripened, curd style. This process makes it develop a white rind as that of the Camembert.

This salty cheese can serve as a perfect entrée. With a slightly brittle texture, it is deliciously creamy to the taste. The Ti-Lou makes an excellent Chèvre Chaud or a superb addition in a salad.
